SYSTEMSAFE-DM
SCALE & CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR ALL SYSTEMS
Once a heating system has been power flushed to remove sludge and corrosion deposits, it is important to protect it from further deterioration.
This can be achieved by treating the system water with SYSTEMSAFE-DM, a balanced blend of corrosion and scale inhibitors, formulated to provide complete protection against system corrosion and scale formation.
It gives long term protection to central heating systems, preventing internal corrosion, scale deposition and boiler noises, and extends the life of the system and maintains its operational efficiency.
The formation of black iron oxide sludge, which accumulates in low flow areas to give flow problems and cold spots on radiators, is prevented, as is the electrolytic and oxidic corrosion which leads to localised pin-hole corrosion and leaks.
SYSTEM PRE-CLEAN
PRE-COMMISSION CLEANSER FOR NEW SYSTEMS
New and modified heating systems often contain installation debris and residues of solder fluxes, jointing compounds, copper swarf, oil, grease and even casting sand from within boiler heat exchangers.
These undesirable contaminants are often the cause of serious problems within the heating system, but a hot water flush of a heating systems without an effective pre-commission cleaner is unlikely to neutralise and remove them, leading to future heating problems.
Pre-commission cleaning with SYSTEM PRE-CLEAN prevents corrosion and contaminant related problems, and conditions and prepares metallic surfaces for maximum protection by SYSTEMSAFE-DM.
HYPER-FLUSH
EXTRA POWER, NON-ACID FLUSHING CHEMICAL FOR USE WITH SYSTEM CIRCULATOR PUMPS, OR WITHA POWER FLUSHING PUMP
HYPER-FLUSH is the non-acid flushing liquid with extra solvency power to take debris into suspension for easy removal by power flushing. It penetrates, loosens and dissolves rust, sludge, corrosion and light scale deposits during normal operation of the system, without formation of particulate matter to cause blockages and damage pumps.
HYPER-FLUSH is non-corrosive and works at a near neutral pH, enabling it to be used on older systems showing signs of severe neglect, or which may be in too poor a condition for use of Power Flush FX2 liquid.
POWER FLUSH FX2
ONE SHOT FLUSHING AND DESCALING LIQUID
Power Flush FX2 is designed for use with CLEARFLOW power flushing pumps, and is the flushing liquid to choose for the most rapid and effective results. It is a vigorous ‘one shot’ flushing and descaling liquid which starts to work immediately upon addition to the system.
Power Flush FX2 enables heating engineers to thoroughly cleanse a heating system in just one visit, a significant benefit when so many households have both partners working full time.
When using Power Flush FX2 there is normally no need for a prior visit to pre-treat the system with flushing chemicals several days before the power flush, saving on expense and inconvenience.
Power Flush FX2 rapidly dissolves and mobilises the rust, sludge and corrosion deposits which accumulate in systems as a result of gradual decay, whether from corrosion as a result of bad design and air ingress, or lack of an effective corrosion inhibitor.
Removal of these deposits can cure or prevent circulation problems such as completely or partially cold radiators, frequent circulating pump failure and boiler noises caused by debris accumulating in the heat exchanger.
SYSTEM-HUSH
SOLUTION FOR ‘KETTLING’ AND BOILER NOISE
Some heating systems can be susceptible to noise problems as a result of baked-on corrosion and limescale deposits on boiler heat exchangers.
Whilst power flushing may cure this, on some systems it may be an ongoing problem. The addition of one litre of SYSTEM-HUSH, together with SYSTEMSAFE-DM, is recommended to cleanse the heat exchanger during normal system operation. SYSTEM-HUSH may be left in the system without draining.
SYSTEM-HUSH works at a near neutral pH, taking rust, corrosion and light scale deposits into solution, without formation of particulate matter to cause blockages and damage pumps. Boiler heat transfer surfaces are left clean, restoring efficiency, and boiler noises are eliminated.
